We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international delivery through this store unless an option is expressly shown at checkout.

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders shipped within the United States. Any exception, expedited option, or applicable charge will be shown at checkout before you submit your order.

3. Processing and Transit Estimates

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Standard transit typically takes 4–6 business days after fulfillment. Estimated total delivery time is generally 5–8 business days, excluding weekends, federal holidays, carrier disruptions, and circumstances outside our control. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Tracking and Address Accuracy

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address provided with the order after fulfillment. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. If you need an address change, contact us promptly; we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started or a carrier has accepted the parcel.

5. Delays, Loss, and Delivery Issues

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events can affect delivery. If a package appears delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us at support@medicubee.net with your order number so we can review the available options. Damage or incorrect-item claims are handled under our Refund Policy.
